Sandeep brings over 15 years of professional software development experience including 9 years in the Mobile Technologies. He achieved Microsoft Certification in 1998 and upgrading himself in every new technology. He build is carrier from scratch when computer is on age of XT/AT from MS-DOS. Over his career he has produced software addressing a broad range of business needs including Advertisement Management System for Live & Media Rich Services, Mobile Content Delivery/Management & Reporting System, Sales Force & Marketing Automation, Inventory Tracking and Finance. His vast experience in almost every base technology, he can provide integrated solutions as per business needs irrespective of the language/technology boundaries. In short along the way, he’s proven his unique ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. In 2009, he saw the opportunity to leverage the exceptional software engineering talent of the region to provide global IT services and established KryptonSoft.

Reema Verma, CEO
Reema is business partner in KryptonSoft and handling all National and International Business Associates and Clients. She has more than 6 years of experience in Business Development and maintaining client relationship. Before KryptonSoft, Reema was associated with Max New York, Bajaj Allianz and IDBI Bank as Associate Client Relationship Manager.

Reema is from Finance background, done MBA and achieved highest level of certification and awards during her career. She is a good Oil Painter by hobby too.

Monika Verma, COO
Monika is business partner in Sangwa.com and looking after 1000s of websites and managing the domestic clients in India. She worked for several start-up companies and providing consultancy to small and medium size business to grow along-with Internet Technologies. She spent over 9 years working and living in India and knows the business needs of every Industry.

Monika is from technical background done B.Com in Accounting, MBA (Master in Business Administration) from ICFAI, Advance Software Development studies from NIIT and achieved highest levels of Microsoft Certification.

Monika ensures smooth operations and growth the Development Center, managing recruitment and retention, ensuring maximum productivity and employee satisfaction, and closely monitoring corporate management & security operations.
